Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager in the United States. The role focuses on growing and retaining key accounts, managing branch P&L, and leading recruitment and client service efforts.

You will supervise the branch team, drive sales strategies, and ensure high customer satisfaction through regular engagement with HR and operations contacts. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in sales or branch management within staffing, strong leadership, and solid knowledge of employment laws.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Two years of direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and orally with individuals at all levels.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain client accounts while expanding the client base.
• Lead recruitment strategies and manage branch P&L and budgeting.
• Coach and develop branch staff to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Onboard new customers including terms, risk assessment, and bill rate negotiation.
• Monitor revenue and expenses; provide regular business reviews to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
