Job summary

Adecco Group in the United States seeks a Branch Manager responsible for growing client base, managing recruitment strategies, and delivering strong customer service to candidates and clients.

You will lead a branch team, drive sales plans and P&L, monitor budgets, and develop top talent while ensuring compliance with SLAs and credit guidelines. This role requires strategic planning, strong communication, and the ability to build relationships across HR, operations, and procurement.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two year’s direct sales experience with a proven track record measured by increased responsibilities.
• Sales experience within a personnel service organization is preferred.
• One year of supervisory / management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by establishing plans to expand existing clients and win back lapsed accounts.
• Ensure client requirements (operational and contractual) meet SLA targets and are fulfilled.
• Maintain high client satisfaction through regular communication and business reviews with client contacts.
• Serve as escalation point for Client, Procurement, Operations, and HR Managers on issues or requests.
• Surveys clients to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Work with sales/upper management to understand client business, staffing needs, culture, and program expectations.
• Retain clients while maximizing fill rate, time to fill, and NPS scores.
• Prepare and present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership.
• Develop knowledge of economic trends affecting target industries and local businesses.
• Set and monitor pay and bill rates by skill category.
• Seek candidate feedback for continuous improvement.
• On-board new customers including terms, risk, credit assessment, pay rates, temp-to-perm conversion, and direct hire fees.
• Obtain credit references and establish client credit limits according to guidelines.
• Create branch recruitment strategies through digital presence and relationships with local resources.
• Jump into recruiting activities as needed.
