Responsibilities

• Manage the entire customer experience, including product selection, order entry, and Safely loading customer vehicles.
• Look for ways to maximize sales opportunities and encourage customer loyalty.
• Adapt communication style to differing audiences in email, phone, or in person.
• Pick and stage will call orders and shipping products.
• Prepare backorders and put away new stock.
• Aid merchandising and showroom replenishment.
• Perform inventory counts and participate in housekeeping tasks.
