Grainger is seeking a Branch Sales Associate to engage walk-in customers, help with product selection, and process orders while supporting warehouse tasks. This role emphasizes maximizing sales opportunities and delivering exceptional customer service in a branch setting.

You will assist with merchandising, inventory counts, and operating across computer systems, reporting to the Store Manager. Flexibility to work branch hours and safety compliance are essential to success.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire customer experience from product selection to order entry and loading the customer vehicle.
• Look for opportunities to maximize sales and encourage loyalty.
• Adapt communication style for email, phone, or in person.
• Pick, prepare, and stage will-call orders and shipping products.
• Prepare backorders and store received stock.
• Assist with merchandising and showroom replenishment.
• Perform inventory counts and navigate multiple computer systems.
• Maintain branch appearance and adhere to safety guidelines.
