Job summary

Grainger is seeking a customer-experience driven associate at our Silverdale branch to manage the full customer experience, assist with product selection, order entry, picking, loading vehicles, and in-store merchandising.

You will use our warehouse and point-of-sale systems, perform inventory counts, support showroom replenishment, and uphold safety guidelines; flexibility to work branch hours and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to manage the full customer experience and drive loyalty.
• Experience maximizing sales opportunities in a retail/branch setting.
• Proficiency with inventory and merchandising processes.
• Commitment to safety, PPE and process standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire customer experience including product selection and accurate order entry.
• Safely pick product and load customer vehicles; stage will-call orders.
• Assist with merchandising, showroom replenishment, and inventory counts.
• Navigate computer systems for customer-facing and warehouse activities.
• Follow safety guidelines and report to the Branch Manager.
