Grainger in Pasco, WA is seeking a Branch Sales Associate to connect with walk-in customers, guide product selection, process orders, and support warehouse tasks while delivering excellent service. You will manage the end-to-end customer experience, maximize sales opportunities, adapt communication, pick and stage will-call orders, perform inventory counts, and maintain branch standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire customer experience, including product selection, order entry, safe picking, and loading of customer vehicles.
• Look for ways to maximize sales opportunities and encourage customer loyalty.
• Adapt communication style to different audiences in email, phone, or in person.
• Pick, prepare, and stage will-call orders and shipping product.
• Prepare customer backorders and put away stock received.
• Help with merchandising and showroom replenishment.
• Perform inventory counts and learn Grainger systems for customer-facing and warehouse activities.
• Maintain branch appearance and safety standards.
