Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate service.
• Excellent communication, in person and by phone, with tailored product pitches.
• Strong issue resolution with attention to detail and client trust.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree or GED; licenses required or pursued after hire.
• Must be able to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), Life licenses.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person and by phone.
• Build lasting relationships and tailor product recommendations.
• Educate clients about Chase technology solutions and apps.
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
