Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking an Associate Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch to deliver welcoming, knowledgeable service to clients and to connect them with tailored financial solutions.

You will engage customers in person and by phone, promote digital tools like the Chase Mobile App and Chase.com, and collaborate with specialists to address complex needs while meeting branch goals and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail, Financial Services, or other related industries with proven success.
• College degree or military equivalent.
• Experience adhering to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to help clients and build trust – ask questions and listen to understand, anticipate their needs.
• Assist walk-in and scheduled clients, both in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships, understand financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as leveraging the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to help them with their banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they want.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately to effectively consult with clients about banking solutions, as well as collaborate with and connect them to our team of experts to help with specialized financial needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
