Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with proven client development.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for our clients – elevate the client experience.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and by phone, tailoring features to client needs.
• Resolve client issues with attention to detail and maintain a consistent client experience.
• Operate within risk and compliance obligations, including required training.
• High school diploma or GED, or foreign equivalent.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registrations (63 if required) and Life licenses required.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships and address needs.
• Communicate clearly to understand and tailor banking solutions for clients.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products and procedures quickly and consult with experts for specialized needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
