The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, ongoing training, and collaboration with a team of experts to address clients' financial needs. Requirements include 1+ year of sales experience in banking, strong communication, and licensing (SIE, Series 6, Life).

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and tailor solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and on the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Operate within risk parameters and comply with regulatory requirements.
• High school diploma or GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Licensing requirements: SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registrations (63 if required), and Life licenses; must obtain licenses within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service to build trust and loyalty.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person or by phone, and tailor product recommendations.
• Engage in consultative communication to understand client needs and provide solutions.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and connect clients with experts for specialized needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
