Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Relationship Banker to deliver exceptional client experiences at a Chase branch. You will acquire, manage, and retain relationships, leveraging financial knowledge to offer solutions that meet clients' needs and enhance their lives.

The role requires sales experience, strong communication, and compliance with banking regulations. You will work with Chase’s technology tools to assist clients, while following branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Must meet regulatory and risk requirements, including training.
• High school diploma or GED; licensing requirements (SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration, Life licenses).
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations with attentive service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand clients and tailor solutions.
• Educate clients on technology like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures to effectively consult on banking solutions and connect to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
