• Proficient with internet user-level technology.

Responsibilities

• Identify sales opportunities and assess customer needs through outreach and profiling.
• Open accounts and refer complex needs to appropriate team members or partners.
• Profile, pre-call plan, outreach, appointment preparation, and follow-up in the sales process.
• Perform customer servicing interactions and ensure compliance with risk controls and policies.
• Promote the M&T Bank brand and contribute to branch sales and service goals.
• Coordinate with internal partners to present relevant products and services.
