• Demonstrated financial services product knowledge.
• Ability to communicate with tact and diplomacy with internal and external customers.
• Proficient with internet user-level technology.

Responsibilities

• Play key role in Relationship Management, profiling for sales opportunities, account opening and lead-focused outbound calling.
• Sales process activities including outreach, appointment preparation, interaction and follow-up.
• Risk management including audit requirements, fraud prevention, KYC and CIP.
• Identify financial needs of customers and present product and service options with internal partners.
• Proactively reach out to clients via e-mail or phone to educate on value-added products/services.
• Onboard new customers through outreach and schedule weekly appointments.
• Prepare for scheduled appointments with a pre-call plan and perform customer servicing interactions.
• Adhere to compliance/operational risk controls and promote M&T Bank brand.
