Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming branch environment.
• Greet clients and assist with transactions, manage lobby flow.
• Engage clients and identify needs to connect them with experts.
• Lead branch operations, cash devices, and resolve issues while following policies.
• Promote self-service options to improve the client banking experience.
• Support branch operations, loss control, compliance, and audits.
• Build lasting relationships and educate clients about services.
