Qualifications

• Adhere to banking policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain attention to detail and stay organized while handling multiple tasks.
• Lead and operate branch activities with a collaborative team approach.
• Educate the branch team and partners to stay informed.
• Build meaningful client relationships and educate customers when needed.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming branch atmosphere and exceptional client experiences.
• Greet clients on entry, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow and schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication and anticipate their needs during visits.
• Lead branch operations including cash devices and ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and refer to specialists.
• Promote self-service options to empower clients to access accounts anytime.
• Support branch operations with loss control, compliance and audits.
