You will collaborate with the Branch Manager and team to streamline operations, greet and assist clients, and promote self-service options to enhance daily banking.

Qualifications

• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
• Maintain a keen eye for detail and stay organized to juggle tasks.
• Demonstrate leadership and operational proficiency, ensuring transaction accuracy in a collaborative team.
• Educate branch team and partners to keep them informed.
• Build meaningful connections and educate customers, referring to experts when needed.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming, vibrant branch environment.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build trust.
• Engage clients with clear communication to understand and help them effectively.
• Lead branch operations, manage cash devices, and resolve client issues per bank policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and address financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients at any time.
• Support all aspects of branch operations, including loss control, compliance, and audits.
