Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly as they enter the branch, assisting with transactions and scheduling meetings.
• Engage clients with clear, polite communication to understand and help them effectively.
• Lead branch operations, including managing cash devices like the cash vault and ATM.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and assist with specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify the banking experience.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits to ensure smooth operations.
