Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to partner with the Branch Manager to drive an exceptional client experience and ensure compliance across daily operations. You will lead a vibrant team, greet clients, manage lobby flow, and promote self-service tools to enhance convenience.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years of retail banking experience, a high school degree or GED, and flexibility to work weekends and evenings in a fast-paced branch environment.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming, vibrant atmosphere and ensure an exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients on entry, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow and schedule meetings to build trusted relationships.
• Engage clients with clear communication, anticipate needs, and check them into the waiting queue for a smooth visit.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices like the cash vault and ATM, resolving issues with accuracy and policy.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and collaborate to deliver seamless service and address specialized financial needs.
• Share self-service options to simplify banking and enable 24/7 access to accounts.
• Support all branch operations with a focus on loss control, compliance, and audits.
