Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to partner with the Branch Manager and team to deliver exceptional client experiences in a busy branch environment. You will guide operations, ensure accuracy in transactions, and promote self-service options for better client convenience.

You will lead with a service-first mindset, uphold banking policies, and drive loss control, compliance, and audits while building strong client relationships and mentoring the branch team.

Qualifications

• Adherence to banking policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Proven leadership and operational proficiency in a team setting.
• Ability to educate and empower branch team and partners.
• Excellent client engagement and the ability to refer clients to experts when needed.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• Commitment to branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming, high-energy branch atmosphere.
• Greet clients and assist with transactions, manage lobby flow and schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication and anticipate needs.
• Lead branch operations, manage cash devices, and uphold policy compliance.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service.
• Promote self-service options for 24/7 account access.
• Support branch operations, loss control, compliance, and audits.
