Responsibilities

• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow and schedule meetings.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and guide clients to self-service options.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices like the cash vault and ATM, resolving issues.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and build relationships.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients.
