You will partner with the Branch Manager to enhance service, promote self-service options, and maintain strong loss control and compliance across the branch. Build lasting client relationships with a welcoming, compliant approach.

Qualifications

• You strictly adhere to bank policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• You maintain a keen eye for detail and stay organized to juggle multiple tasks.
• You demonstrate strong leadership and operational proficiency, ensuring transaction accuracy.
• You educate and keep the branch team and partners informed.
• You engage with clients, educate them and refer to experts when needed.
• You have 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• You possess a high school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• You can work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere in the branch.
• Greet clients as they enter, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build trusted relationships.
• Engage clients with clear communication to understand needs and guide them effectively.
• Lead branch operations, including managing cash devices and adhering to policies and procedures.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and assist with specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients, available 24/7.
• Support all branch operations, including loss control, compliance and audits.
