Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to partner with the Branch Manager, guiding daily retail banking activities and ensuring precise, compliant service. You will greet clients, manage the lobby, and drive adoption of self-service options to enhance the banking experience.

You will lead operations, oversee cash devices, and ensure adherence to policies while coaching team members to deliver exceptional service and build lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Leadership and operational proficiency in a team setting.
• Willingness to educate and coach branch staff.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere and exceptional experience.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication and anticipate needs.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices and adherence to policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and support specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits to keep the branch secure.
