Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to oversee daily branch activities, ensure accurate processing of transactions, and guide a team focused on excellent client service. You will partner with the Branch Manager to uphold policies, improve the client experience, and train staff on procedures.

The role requires evening and weekend hours and prior retail banking experience. You will lead operations, encourage self-service adoption, and ensure audits and compliance are met while building

• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
• Maintain organization and attention to detail to juggle tasks.
• Lead operations and ensure transaction accuracy in a collaborative team.
• Educate and keep branch team informed and aligned.
• Engage clients and refer to experts when needed.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming, vibrant branch atmosphere.
• Greet clients and assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and direct them efficiently.
• Lead branch operations, manage cash devices, and ensure policy compliance.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service.
• Promote self-service options for 24/7 access to accounts.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audit readiness across branch operations.
