Job summary

Republic Finance invites current college juniors and seniors to join our Branch Operations internship in Fort Mill, SC. You’ll learn loan origination, processing, closings, and fundings, while gaining real-world exposure to branch operations, compliance training, and customer service within the Republic Way.

Under supervision from the Branch Manager and Regional VP, you’ll participate in process-improvement projects, attend regional meetings, and explore future roles in Audit, Compliance,

Qualifications

• Current college junior or senior seeking an internship in Finance or Business.
• Interest in gaining real-world branch operations experience.
• Willingness to learn loan processes, compliance training, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Learn loan origination, processing, closings, and fundings.
• Assist with daily production and file preparation for doc prep and audits.
• Spend time with Manager and Regional VP to understand promotional paths.
• Attend regional meetings/workshops for exposure to Branch Operations.
• Work on Branch Operations process-improvement projects across departments.
• Explore corporate roles where branch experience is valuable (Audit, Compliance, Training, Recruiting).
