Qualifications

• Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Must have the ability to work a minimum of 18-20 hours per week.
• Must meet acceptable standards for criminal background history, credit history and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to meet eligibility requirements for insurance licensing; background check required.

Responsibilities

• Learn daily branch operations and loan processes including origination, processing, closings and funding.
• Assist with doc prep, file auditing, and funding readiness.
• Learn from Manager and Regional VP about responsibilities and promotional paths.
• Attend regional meetings or workshops to gain exposure to the Branch Operations division.
• Support process improvement projects within Branch Operations and related departments.
• Overview of benefits during the program and potential career paths within Republic Finance.
