Job summary

Republic Finance is offering an onsite Branch Operations Intern position for college juniors and seniors pursuing a degree in Business or Finance. You will gain real-world experience across loan origination, processing, closings, and fundings while rotating with leadership to explore career pathways within the company.

You will participate in compliance training, attend regional meetings, and learn about process improvement projects.

Qualifications

• Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Eager to learn, enthusiastic, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Must be able to work 18-20 hours per week.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must meet acceptable standards for background check, credit history and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to meet the eligibility requirements for insurance licensing after background check.

Responsibilities

• Become licensed and take an accelerated path to learn loan process and regulatory training.
• Assist in daily production of loan origination, processing, closings and fundings.
• Spend time with Manager and Regional VP to understand promotional path.
• Attend regional meetings/workshops to gain exposure to the Branch Operations division.
• Learn about branch operations process improvement projects.
• Learn about corporate roles where branch experience is valuable and learn about benefits during the program.
