• Must be able to work a minimum of 18–20 hours per week.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Eligibility for insurance licensing and successful background check.

Responsibilities

• Learn the daily functions and operations of a Republic Finance branch.
• Assist in loan origination, processing, closings and funding activities.
• Participate in branch operations projects and continuous improvement efforts.
• Attend regional meetings and gain exposure to corporate and branch roles.
• Receive hands-on experience with compliance training and the Republic Way approach.
