Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC is offering an on-site Branch Operations Internship for current juniors or seniors pursuing business or finance. You will learn branch daily operations, loan processes, and regulatory training while shadowing managers and regional leaders.

The program aims to prepare you for a full-time role, with hands-on projects in loan origination, processing, closings, and fundings, plus exposure to compliance, training, and corporate roles.

Qualifications

• Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field (as applicable).
• Ability to work a minimum of 18-20 hours per week.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet eligibility requirements for insurance licensing and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Learn the daily functions and operations of a branch.
• Assist in loan origination, processing, closings and fundings.
• Spend time with Manager and Regional VP to understand promotional paths.
• Attend regional meetings and workshops to gain exposure to Branch Operations.
