Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC seeks currentJunior or Senior students for an Internship in Branch Operations. The role offers hands-on experience with loan processes, regulatory training, and leadership development within an onsite program leading toward potential full-time employment after graduation.

Interns will be exposed to the Republic Way, customer service approaches, and cross-department collaboration while engaging in improvement projects and regional workshops.

Qualifications

• Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Eager to learn, enthusiastic, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Must be able to work 18–20 hours per week.
• Ability to meet licensing eligibility requirements for selling insurance products.

Responsibilities

• Learn daily operations of a branch and the broader organization.
• Participate in loan origination, processing, closings and funding support.
• Work with Manager/Regional VP to understand promotional paths and future career potential.
• Attend regional meetings/workshops to gain exposure to Branch Operations.
• Support branch operations process-improvement projects.
• Explore corporate roles where Branch background is valuable.
