Job summary

Republic Finance invites college juniors and seniors to join its Branch Operations internship, an onsite program designed to teach loan processes and daily branch activities. Interns will engage with leaders, participate in training, and work on real projects across departments.

You will gain hands-on experience with branch operations, customer service, and regulatory training, with a clear path toward potential full-time employment after graduation.

Qualifications

• Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Eager to learn, enthusiastic, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Must be able to work 18-20 hours per week.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Background check, credit history, and pre-employment drug screen requirements.
• Eligibility for insurance licensing considerations.

Responsibilities

• Learn daily branch operations and loan processes
• Assist in loan origination, processing, closings and funding tasks
• Work with the manager to understand career paths and potential progression
• Attend regional meetings or workshops when available
• Support branch operations process improvement projects
• Explore corporate roles where branch experience is valuable
