Qualifications

• Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance or related field.
• Ideal candidates will be eager to learn, enthusiastic, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Must be able to work a minimum of 18-20 hours per week.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Eligibility for insurance licensing is required and based on background checks.

Responsibilities

• Learn the daily functions and operations of a Republic Finance branch, including loan processing, closings, and funding prep.
• Assist in daily production of loan origination, processing, closings and fundings, including file allocation and audits.
• Spend time with your Manager and Regional VP to understand promotional paths and career potential.
• Attend regional meetings or workshops to gain exposure to the Branch Operations division.
• Contribute to branch operations process improvement projects across departments.
• Explore corporate roles where branch experience is valued (Audit, Compliance, Training, Recruiting).
• Receive an overview of benefits during the program.
