Job summary

Republic Finance invites current juniors and seniors to join our Branch Operations Internship. You will learn daily branch functions, loan processes, and compliance training while working alongside our team at our onsite locations.

The program offers hands-on experience and exposure to leadership and cross-department collaboration. You will gain practical insights into branch operations, customer service, and continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications

• Must be a current Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Eager to learn, enthusiastic, reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Must be able to work 18-20 hours per week and pass pre-employment checks.

Responsibilities

• Learn daily branch operations, sales and customer service approaches, and compliance training.
• Assist in loan origination, processing, closings, and fundings; prep and audit files.
• Attend regional meetings and participate in process improvement projects.
• Explore corporate roles where branch experience is valued; learn benefits of Republic Finance.
