Job summary

RB Global Inc. is seeking a Branch Operations Assistant in Odessa, TX to support customer inquiries and manage office clerical tasks. The role includes yard duties, loader operation, and maintaining vehicle records throughout the sale process.

Candidates should have strong communication and problem-solving skills, be able to work outdoors in all weather, and be willing to learn forklift operation within 90 days. Prior experience in equipment/vehicle industries is preferred.

• General mechanical knowledge of vehicles required.

• Awareness of safety hazards around heavy equipment and outdoor work.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via mail, phone, and in person.
• Process orders and enter data into computer systems.
• Reference pricing and delivery information for customers.
• Respond to questions, complaints, and requests.
• Perform clerical tasks including word processing and filing.
• Handle auction day paperwork and approvals under supervisor guidance.
• Learn automobile titling and related processes.
• Vehicle check-in: record and file vehicle information.
• Detail vehicles to enhance auction value.
• Safely move vehicles around the facility using official routes.
• Assist visitors and direct to appropriate staff.
• Operate loader as required.
• Report policy violations to supervisor promptly.
• Support Yard Attendants and Customer Service Reps as needed.
