Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support via mail, phone, and in person.
• Process orders and enter data into the system.
• Reference pricing and delivery information.
• Respond to questions, complaints, and requests from customers.
• Perform clerical duties and filing.
• Process paperwork for auction day with approvals.
• Open to learning automobile titling and other office tasks.
• Safe vehicle handling and yard support to move vehicles at the facility.
• Record and file vehicle information for check-in and storage.
• Detail vehicles to improve auction appearance.
• Operate vehicles to move and park at the branch.
• Assist visitors and direct them to the right contact.
