Job summary

RB Global Inc. is seeking a Branch Operations Assistant in El Paso, TX to address customer and branch inquiries under supervision, perform clerical duties, and support yard operations including Loader operation.

You will record information on incoming vehicles, assist with upkeep and maintenance during the sale process, and process orders and data entry. The role requires strong communication, leadership, and Excel/PowerPoint skills, willingness to learn forklift operation within 90 days, and

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and time-management skills.
• Independent worker with proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers and staff.
• Willing to learn forklift operation within 90 days of starting.
• General mechanical knowledge of vehicles preferred.
• Experience in equipment rental/construction industry preferred.
• Basic automotive repair skills preferred.
• Previous forklift operating experience.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Awareness of safety hazards around heavy equipment.
• Outdoor work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via mail, phone, and direct contact.
• Process orders and enter data into the system.
• Reference pricing and delivery information.
• Respond to questions, complaints, and requests.
• Perform word processing, filing, and clerical duties.
• Handle paperwork for auction day with approvals.
• Follow established procedures under supervision.
• Learn automobile titling.
• Assist with other office functions as needed.
• Record vehicle check-in data for facility assignments.
• Detail vehicles to improve appearance for auction value.
• Safely move vehicles around the facility.
• Guide visitors to the appropriate contact person.
• Operate loaders as needed.
• Report policy violations to supervisor.
