Job summary

RB Global Inc. is seeking a Branch Operations Assistant in Tucson, Arizona, to support customer and branch inquiries, perform clerical duties, and assist with vehicle maintenance and check-in. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, a willingness to learn, and preferably experience in equipment rental or automotive repair.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently.
• Willing to learn how to operate a forklift within 90 days.
• Experience in equipment rental or related field is preferred.

• Provide various customer support services.
• Process orders and enter data into the computer system.
• Respond to customer questions and requests.
• Detail vehicles to enhance their value at auction.
• Safely operate passenger vehicles at the facility.
