Job summary

RB Global Inc. is seeking a Branch Operations Assistant to handle customer inquiries and clerical tasks under supervision, with yard duties including loader operation. This role involves recording vehicle information, performing outdoor work in all weather, and learning forklift operation within 90 days.

The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, basic mechanical knowledge, and willingness to work in a fast-paced auction environment. Prior rental/equipment experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via mail, phone, and in person.
• Process orders, enter data, reference pricing and delivery info.
• Respond to questions, complaints, and requests from customers.
• Perform clerical duties and assist with auction-day paperwork.
• Detail vehicles and safely move them around the facility.
• Open to learning automobile titling and assist with office functions.
