Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operational tasks and routine transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements including security protocols.
• Assist with teller duties up to 25% of time, especially during peak hours or staff shortages.
• Detect and report suspicious activity; support fraud prevention efforts.
• Prepare and coordinate audits and follow up on corrective actions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries to maintain a welcoming environment.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling banking products.
• Collaborate with Branch Manager and other leads to support customer retention and growth.
• Mentor tellers and frontline staff on procedures and standards.
• Handle back-office duties such as wire transfers and stop payments as needed.
