Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• At least 3 years of branch operations experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily operational functions accurately and efficiently and other routine transactions.
• Ensure branch compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including security protocols.
• Assist with teller duties at least 25% of the time, processing deposits, withdrawals, transfers and other daily tasks.
• Adhere to fraud detection and prevention protocols and report suspicious activity.
• Assist with audits preparation and coordination and follow up on corrective actions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, resolve inquiries, and create a welcoming environment for clients.
• Engage with customers to understand needs and offer banking solutions to strengthen relationships.
• Mentor tellers and front-line staff on procedures and service standards.
• Provide guidance on operational issues and ensure consistent best practices.
