• Minimum education: High School Diploma.
• At least 3 years of experience working in branch operations.

• Korean language ability is preferred

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient day-to-day branch operations and routine transactions.
• Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and security.
• Assist tellers during peak hours and handle deposits/withdrawals.
• Detect and report potential fraud or suspicious activity.
• Assist audits and coordinate corrective actions.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries.
• Support cross-selling and grow the branch's customer base.
• Mentor tellers and front-line staff on procedures and service standards.
• Back-office duties as needed (wire transfers, stop payments, etc.).
