Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of branch operations and banking policies and procedures.
• Intermediate PC proficiency including common office tools (Google Docs, MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Supervise the branch operations including lobby and teller line, staffing, audits, and compliance.
• Recruit, train, coach, lead and evaluate branch staff.
• Optimize resource use to meet branch needs.
• Implement sales strategies to attract and retain customers and hit sales objectives.
• Oversee customer experience, address feedback, and resolve complex problems.
• Ensure branch safety, security and compliance; manage audits of vault and cash.
• Represent the bank in community events and business development.
• Lead training and staff meetings; provide backup to other branches.
