Ameris Bank in Florida is seeking a Branch Supervisor to manage daily branch operations, coach a team, and ensure exceptional customer service while achieving sales and service objectives. The role emphasizes risk management, compliance, and leadership in a fast-paced retail banking environment.

You will oversee lobby and teller operations, conduct staff scheduling and audits, and drive customer satisfaction by coordinating efforts across teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field required.
• Knowledge of branch operations, banking policies and procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to lead a team.

• Supervise branch operations including lobby and teller line; establish staffing schedules and audits.
• Recruit, train, coach, lead, schedule and evaluate team performance.
• Optimize resource use to meet branch needs and drive sales and service objectives.
