Job summary

Ameris Bank is seeking a Branch Service Manager to oversee all branch operations, lead a team and ensure compliance, customer service, and sales performance. You will direct staffing, training, and resource allocation to meet objectives and optimize branch performance.

Responsibilities include managing customer relationships, executing business development plans, auditing vault and cash processes, and maintaining safety and regulatory standards across the branch.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail banking experience required.
• Supervisory, leadership or mentoring experience required.
• Branch operations experience required.
• Cross selling experience required.
• Sales management and business development experience preferred.
• Consumer credit experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all branch operations and lead a team to meet sales and service objectives.
• Recruit, train, coach, schedule, and evaluate staff performance.
• Ensure branch compliance and manage risk, safety, and audits.
• Develop and execute strategies to grow deposits and customer relationships.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve complex issues.
