Ideal candidates have 3+ years of retail banking and 1+ year in supervisory roles, with strong knowledge of banking policies and a proven track record in business development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all branch operations and coach a team to meet sales and service objectives.
• Plan and direct branch functions ensuring compliance, operations, and customer service expectations.
• Recruit, train, coach, lead, schedule, and evaluate staff performance.
• Demonstrate effective sales strategies to attract, expand, and retain customer relationships.
• Oversee the customer experience by assessing feedback and resolving issues to ensure service excellence.
• Manage branch safety, security, compliance, and audits.
