• Ability to work a Monday–Saturday schedule.
• Proven track record of managing branch risk and relationships.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Ability to analyze and improve processes and systems.

• Manage daily branch operations to ensure professional, timely service.
• Mitigate risk by ensuring regulatory compliance and internal controls.
• Oversee cash audits, outages, and cash requirements for the branch.
• Lead staff development, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Support sales culture and model consultative behavior with members.
• Achieve branch KPIs and standards with accountability.
• Monitor results, identify gaps, and take corrective action.
• Coordinate cross-functional training and updates with business units.
• Oversee QA audits and compliance with sales & service policies.
• Ensure facilities and property are in good working order.
