Job summary

Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager in Oklahoma City to oversee daily branch operations, maintain high standards of member service, and mitigate risk. The ABM mentors staff, ensures regulatory compliance, and supports branch performance targets while serving as a role model in leadership and teamwork.

The position requires supervisory experience and flexibility to cover staffing across locations, with a bilingual Spanish/English certification incentive

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year of branch operations supervisory/management experience.
• Three years in financial institution setting.
• Ability to cover staffing at any location within the region.
• Flexible Monday–Saturday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily branch operations ensuring professional, timely service.
• Mitigate risk and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee cash audits, outages, and cash requirements.
• Coach staff to achieve branch KPIs and sales/service standards.
• Assist in cross-selling and in training materials updates.
• Handle escalated member issues and complaint management.
