Job summary

Randolph‑Brooks Federal Credit Union is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to oversee daily branch operations, ensure compliance, and drive member service excellence. The role includes coordinating staff, managing cash processes, and supporting sales initiatives across a Texas/Oklahoma network.

The ABM will mentor staff, monitor KPIs, and step in for the Branch Manager as needed, while championing fraud mitigation and regulatory adherence at the local level.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum one year of branch operations supervisory/management experience.
• Minimum three years of financial institution experience.
• Flexible Monday through Saturday schedule.
• Ability to cover staffing at any location within the region.
• Proficient in PC and Microsoft Applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily branch operations to ensure professional, timely service and address critical items.
• Mitigate risk by ensuring regulatory compliance of policies and procedures.
• Maintain responsibility for cash audit and branch outages, limit adjustments, and cash requirements.
• Support RBFCU’s sales culture and reinforce best practices through coaching.
• Handle escalated member issues and complaints in line with regulations and policy.
• Monitor results, identify gaps, and take corrective action to achieve KPIs and service standards.
