Job summary

Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union in Midwest City, OK seeks an Assistant Branch Manager to oversee daily branch operations, push sales and service excellence, and ensure regulatory compliance. The ABM acts as a role model, mentors staff, and covers for the Branch Manager as needed.

Responsibilities include risk mitigation, staff scheduling, coaching on product benefits, cross-selling, fraud prevention, and driving branch KPIs while maintaining member focus and quality service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year of branch operations supervisory/management experience is preferred.
• Must be able to cover staffing at multiple locations within the region as needed.
• Strong communication, organizational, and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations ensuring professional and timely service.
• Mitigate risk and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage cash audits, outages, and cash requirements.
• Coach staff to position product benefits and cross-sell to members.
• Handle escalated member issues and complaints and maintain high service standards.
• Support sales culture and achieve branch KPIs and objectives.
