Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union seeks an Assistant Branch Manager to oversee daily branch operations in Edmond, OK, ensuring efficiency, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance. The role models leadership and coordinates staff to meet branch KPIs and sales/service goals.

The ABM will also influence member experience, staff development, and cross-selling while ensuring adherence to policies. Flexible scheduling may be required to support branch needs.

Qualifications

• One year supervisory/management experience in branch operations.
• Three years financial institution experience.
• Willingness to cover staffing at multiple locations within the region.
• Ability to work a flexible Monday–Saturday schedule.
• Proven track record of managing branch risk and customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily branch operations to ensure quality member service and timely issue resolution.
• Mitigate risk by ensuring regulatory compliance and policy adherence.
• Oversee cash handling, audits, outages, and cash requirements.
• Support sales culture and model consultative behaviors.
• Coach staff to achieve branch KPIs and service standards.
• Monitor results, identify gaps, and take corrective actions.
• Cross-sell products and articulate value to members.
• Address member issues and manage escalations per regulations.
