Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager for the Norman Tecumseh branch in Norman, OK. The role oversees daily branch operations, staff placement, and guidance to enhance member experience, while ensuring compliance with regulatory laws and internal policies.

The ABM may assume AVP/BM duties in the Branch Manager’s absence. Employees may earn an additional $2.00 per hour upon successful completion of RBFCU bilingual Spanish/English certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year minimum of branch operations supervisory/management experience.
• 3+ years of financial institution experience.
• Able to cover staffing at multiple locations within the region.
• Flexible Monday–Saturday schedule.
• Proven track record of managing branch risk and building relationships.
• Teamwork and dedication to cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong analytical and process-improvement skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily branch operations to ensure quality member service and address critical items.
• Mitigate risk by ensuring regulatory compliance and policy adherence.
• Oversee cash audits and branch cash management including outages and cash requirements.
• Provide guidance and coaching to staff; drive KPI attainment and sales/service standards.
• Promote cross-selling and articulate product value to members.
• Monitor results, identify gaps, and take corrective action.
• Coordinate staffing across locations and assist contact center as needed.
• Review branch statistics and ensure training content is up-to-date.
• Maintain facilities and ensure working condition of branch assets.
